Embodied Storytelling and Community Healing with Playback Theatre

Release the COVID-19 experience, learn listening and healing aspects of Playback Theatre and receive CE and psychodrama credits.

We introduce Playback Theatre, a form of improvisational storytelling that has become a worldwide movement, as an astonishing vehicle for individual and community healing, and community building. This training, especially designed for helping professionals including psychotherapists, physicians, nurses, educators and others, will demonstrate how stories can be honored and enacted within a group in a way that is often experienced as therapeutic by participants. Taught by Chris Fitz, M.A., and members of the River Crossing Playback Theatre in central Pennsylvania. Two CE, psychodrama and Act 48 hours.
