Letters To The Editor [Winter 2020]
I find the magazine quite professionally done, and it would not be out of place in New York’s Hudson Valley region, which my wife Simona and I also really enjoy.
The photography is stunning, the choice of topics is varied and interesting, and the articles are quite well written.
I have enjoyed your magazine for years in doctors’ offices and even my hair stylist's in Selinsgrove but, despite meaning to, never got around to subscribing, which I am sure is a familiar story.
In the face of this pandemic, and all the economic pressures it is putting on small businesses in particular, I finally made it a point to do my part and subscribe.
I wish you all the best, and keep up the terrific work.
My partner and I started with your magazine the very first issue [in1993]. She passed and I continued for 11 more years. Now, I am 83 years old, facing a serious health issue. No matter, I must make a relocation. So I am bidding a very fond farewell. May the company [magazine] enjoy years of success and prosperity.
I happened to pick up a copy [of your magazine] in the eye doctor’s office. There were several articles about the outdoors that caught my interest. I am retired, but very active in the outdoors and enjoy learning about Pennsylvania. I am on the board of the PA Parks and Forests Foundation, and very active with the Friends of Pine Grove Furnace State Park, so your magazine aligns with my interest.
