Recipe for Snow Cream

Snow Cream Recipe

From Susquehanna Life Magazine’s Premiere Issue

Winter 1993

10-12 cups fresh, clean snow

½ to 1 pint heavy whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

Confectioner’s sugar

Your favorite toppings

Place snow in large chilled bowl. Add vanilla. Slowly pour cream into the snow while contanstaly stirring, until mixture resembles soft frozen ice cream. The consistency of the fresh snow will determine the amount of cream needed. Sweeten to taste with confectioner’s sugar and stir briskly. Top with your favorite ice cream toppings. Enjoy!
