Plein Air Art Event

Linn Conservancy Caring for Communities Event

On Sunday, April 24, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., artist of all ages and skill levels are invited to participate in the third annual Plein Air Art Event sponsored by the Merrill Linn Conservancy, the Lewisburg Arts Council and the Artists' Guild of Lewisburg. Artists will capture the beauty of three Linn Conservancy conservation easement sites--the Dale/Engle/Walker property, the Koons Trail in Mifflinburg and the Shikellamy Bluffs property adjacent to Shikellamy State Park. The Park will be open for this event courtesy of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and the Bureau of PA State Parks. Local artist Robert Hughes will conduct an optional plain air workshop at the Dale/Engle/Walker House beginning at 9 a.m. Space at the workshop is limited and registration is required.
