This 5-week course will cover awareness and strategies to reduce possible physical encounters. Self-defense techniques will be taught against various attacks such as strikes, grabs, and pins. A fully padded self-defense suit will be provided in order for participants to practice their techniques. This program is intended for everyone - men, women, children - so bring the family
