The Wellness Series At Campus Theatre!
Register for any and/or all workshops during our five part Wellness Series in June. Tuesdays from 9:00 am - 11:00 am we will explore different techniques to relieve stress & anxiety, and encourage relaxation.
Join us from 9:00 am - 11:00 am each Tuesday in June for our inaugural five part Wellness Series! This series is designed to introduce concepts and techniques that will aid in the reduction of daily stress and anxiety, as well as overall health as it relates to the mind body connection. On Sunday, June 30th at 7:00 pm the series will conclude with a one-of-a-kind immersive gong experience, lead by Musician & Sound Sculptor, Andy Seal.
