Wonderful, Beneficial Wildflowers

Hardy, beautiful wildflowers support pollinators and our ecosystem

Wildflowers bring breath-taking beauty to our natural areas while supporting the native pollinators that are essential to the survival of both wildlife and humans. Accomplished gardener and wildflower expert Julianna Cooper will share her knowledge of these colorful native plants and will discuss how to best incorporate them into gardens. Wonderful, Beneficial Wildflowers will be held on Saturday, June 16, at 2 pm in the East Buffalo Twp. Building, at 589 Fairground Road, Lewisburg. The Merrill Linn Conservancy is sponsoring this free event as part of its Go Native! plant project, which shares knowledge about native gardening and its environmental benefits. Following the workshop, participants are invited to tour the Conservancy's native plant garden, which is located on the East Buffalo Twp. property.
