Danville Heritage Festival

A weekend of events, exhibits, food, crafts, music and more to celebrate our region’s heritage.

 Start the weekend Friday, July 20 at the Danville Heritage Parade, which will march down Mill Street. Saturday, events will be centered around the Hess Field complex in Danville and will feature living history demonstrations, speakers, and live music throughout the day July 21. These events will be free and open to all ages. There will also be a 5K, a historic bike tour, an archaeological dig and great food vendors! In addition to the events taking place July 21 at the Hess Field complex will be speakers hosted by the Thomas Beaver Library. There will be fireworks over the Susquehanna River July 21 at dark. The weekend will conclude July 22 at 6:30pm with a traditional hymn sing in Montgomery park (just upstream of the river bridge). Free Admission  Check website for updates.
