HTML5 & Website Design DES 155, Tuesday, January 30 - April 3 6 p.m. - 9 p.m., 1 credit, $475 Stephen Weber This course teaches basic HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) which is used to generate home pages and websites. The emphasis of this course is on basic HTML codes, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), and skills needed to plan a web page. Students learn file management, formatting for web pages, basic structural elements, text editing, image use, optimal file formats, and the use of color on the web. This class counts towards the Digital Design: Web or Design Professional certificates.
