Upohar (798E New Holland Ave., Lancaster) means ‘gift’ in Bengali. This social impact restaurant serves international vegetarian and vegan food. They employ, at a living wage, refugees from all over the world who cook cuisines from their home countries—Nepali, Bengali, Sub-Saharan African and North African.
