Best Seafood Restaurants,
as Chosen by Our Readers

Lobster Bisque

Devon Seafood and Steak (27 W. Chocolate Ave., Hershey) offers traditional favorites, like lobster bisque and seafood gumbo, with gusto! Shrimp tacos are a must-try. Classics include Parmesan Crusted Lemon Sole, Seafood Mixed Grill and Seared Georges Bank Scallops. Everything is cooked over an open wood fire for a unique flavor. Dine out on the patio.

Baja Fish Tacos

Gin Mill Restaurant and Tavern (324 E. Cumberland St., Lebanon) has been locally owned and operated since the 1930s. Formerly called the 4th Avenue Café, the restaurant was frequented by local Bethlehem Steel workers. Ahi tuna appetizer and scallops are unparalleled; favorites include the crab cake sandwich and Baja fish tacos.

Seared Tuna Salad

Black ‘n’ Bleu (6108 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg) has an extensive menu of seafood, sandwiches, pastas, including a crab ravioli like no other. Calamari appetizer, lightly fried, is a standout. Shrimp and scallop pasta is a good choice. Sunday brunch is a nice touch.

Raw Oysters

The menu at Rockfish Public House (110 N. George St., York) features all the seafood you’re craving – freshly shucked oysters and clams, seafood nachos and a chilled seafood plate and unique treatments like rockfish tacos and barbequed shrimp skewers. Everything is fresh, from either the Atlantic Ocean or Gulf of Mexico. All seafood is wild-caught and sustainably harvested or farmed in an environmentally-friendly manner.
