Spring Decor: Daffodil-Inspired

Apr 06, 2016 10:11AM ● Published by Erica Shames

Spring is here! And so are its colorful blooms. This means it's time to de-winterize your décor and liven your spaces with some bloom-inspired color. Here are some tips provided by Oberdorf Carpet One, of Lewisburg.

Today's color inspiration is provided by one of Spring's early risers - the vibrant yellow petalled Daffodil.

Maybe you've shied away from using yellow in your design? Yellow is such a fun color to play with in the home, as it instantly energizes a space and brings feelings of happiness.

The rich color can easily be incorporated into a neutral space, with the addition of a simple throw, accent pillows or swap of drapes. Or, go bold and create a more permanent home for the lively hue. A yellow detailed window or yellow inspired seating area create stunning visuals.
