Ladies Encouraged to Gather and Create Vision Boards

Jan 14, 2016 05:08PM ● By Erica Shames

You’ve read about them in books, seen them in movies. Now, come gather in a circle of loving support with other women to enjoy a fun-filled day creating your very own Vision Board.

A Vision Board is a collage of photographs, pictures and words (usually on a sheet of poster board) representing people, events and things you want to bring into your life. It acts as a reminder about the life you dream of and enables you to focus on making that Dream happen right now.

Visualization helps you to realize your goals by allowing you to experience the feeling of having already achieved them.

By the end of the workshop, you will:

  • Understand how a Vision Board can help you to achieve your goals
  • Identify people, events and things you want to attract into your life
  • Understand the principle of “what you focus on is what you get”
  • Learn techniques for visualizing your future
  • Create your own Vision Board
  • Take the first step towards realizing your Dream

We will provide, scissors, glue, poster board and a selection of magazines, pictures, and lots of other items and embellishments to use.

There will be a luscious lunch and drinks, lots of other wise women to meet and space and time to Unwind, Renew and Re-energize.

Envision: a life design workshop ~

When you surround yourself with images of who you want to become, what you desire, where you want to live, or where you want to travel, your life changes to match those images and those desires. Your attention is that powerful.

Join us Saturday, Jan. 23, for a vision board creation session to visualize your ideal life.

All supplies (magazines, adhesive, scissors and poster board) and lunch will be provided.

Cost is $35. Space is limited, register today by sending your name & contact info along with your check to Terry Stahley 931 Terrace Drive Lewisburg, PA 17837

Presented by Camp Ladybug for Women and Joanie Yanasus, Life and Wellness Coach
