As part of Honeywell’s Hometown Solutions corporate citizenship program, today Honeywell announced that its Pottsville facility has donated Honeywell firefighting gear to the West End Hose Co., a division of the Pottsville Fire Department.

The facility donated $2,000 worth of Morning Pride® brand fire equipment from Honeywell First Responder Products, a Honeywell company that manufactures advanced personal protective equipment for firefighters. The donated equipment included bunker boots, helmets and gloves. It is the third consecutive year the facility has donated Honeywell gear to the firefighters.
