The 2015 Area Christmas Tree Farm Guide, Sponsored by Swineford Bank and Fulton Financial Advisors

Nov 03, 2015 06:27AM ● Published by Erica Shames

Every year, the popularity of choosing and cutting your own Christmas tree grows. Christmas trees are iconic symbols of the holiday season, and the opportunity to pick and cut your own tree harkens back to an earlier, simpler time.

Many Christmas tree farms have activities that tie in to the experience of picking a tree – from hayrides out to the trees, warm cider and eggnog, craft fairs and other onsite activities that make the event truly an experience that can be enjoyed by everyone in the family.

Happily, the Susquehanna Valley is home to an abundance of Christmas tree farms and our 2015 Area Christmas Tree Farm Guide highlights many opportunities for families to choose (and in some cases cut) their own Christmas trees.

This winter, SusquehannaLife.com is creating the this guide to enlighten PA residents and visitors about these fun, nearby experiences.
