Locally-sourced Farm to Table Dinner Fundraiser

Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble will join forces with Executive Chef Toby Diltz of The Blind Pig Kitchen in Bloomsburg to present a locally-sourced farm-to-table dinner fundraiser. “From Pitchfork to Plate” will take place on Sunday, September 13th, beginning at 5:00 p.m., at The Barn at Greenwood, 3010 State Route 42, Millville, PA.
The menu, created by Diltz from locally-sourced ingredients, includes appetizers; first, second, and third courses; dessert; and coffee, wine and beer, and mint water. Entertainment will be provided by Sara Miller on Celtic Harp and local favorites Raven Creek.
The list of purveyors providing fresh, local ingredients for the dinner include: Aucker’s Apiary, The Barn at Greenwood, Bason Coffee Roasting, The Blind Pig Kitchen, Columbia County Bread and Granola, The Dancing Hen Farm, Endless Mountains Farm, EverView Farm, Fero Vineyards & Winery, Freas Farm Winery, Forks Farm, Gib’s Farm, Heart and Bones Farm, Leraysville Cheese Factory, Mad Dog Farm, Nannycakes, Natalie’s Craft Kombucha, Nut Creek Farm, LLC, Old Tioga Farm, Orchard Hill Farms, Shade Mountain Vineyards, Spyglass Ridge Winery, White Frost Farm, and Wild for Salmon.
Tickets for the event are $75 each and can be purchased at BTE’s website, www.bte.org, or by calling the BTE Box Office at 570-784-8181. The event is selling fast and is limited to 100 diners, so please make reservations early.
All proceeds benefit Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble. BTE is celebrating 38 years of bringing live, professional theatre to Columbia County and surrounding areas.
